Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our concierge model, telehealth services, and how we handle your care.
Many common medical concerns can be safely evaluated and managed through secure virtual visits. Telehealth allows patients to receive high-quality medical care without the inconvenience of traveling to a clinic.
If an in-person evaluation or testing is necessary, we will guide you toward the appropriate next step and coordinate care as needed. Our goal is to make healthcare easier, more convenient, and focused on long-term health.
Telehealth is not intended for medical emergencies or severe symptoms. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe injury, or symptoms of stroke, please seek immediate emergency medical care.
Our practice does not bill insurance for telehealth visits or memberships. This allows us to offer longer visits, simplified pricing, and direct access to your provider without insurance restrictions.
However, laboratory tests, imaging, and medications may still be billed through your insurance depending on the service.
Telehealth works extremely well for:
- Common Illnesses: cold/flu symptoms, sinus infections, UTIs, minor skin conditions, medication refills.
- Chronic Disease Management: high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and prediabetes, heart disease risk factors.
- Preventive Care: cardiovascular risk assessment, medication optimization, lab review, nutrition/lifestyle guidance.
Getting started is simple:
- Schedule your initial telehealth appointment through our online booking system.
- Complete your secure intake forms through the patient portal.
- Meet with your provider for your virtual visit to discuss your health concerns and goals.
After your first visit, you may choose to enroll in one of our concierge membership plans for ongoing care and convenient access to your provider.
Most patients are able to schedule appointments within a few days. Concierge members have access to priority scheduling and more flexible appointment availability, including same-day or next-day appointments based on their tier.
Our practice is designed around a concierge telehealth model that prioritizes access, personalized care, and prevention. Unlike traditional clinics where appointments may be rushed and difficult to schedule, we focus on:
- Longer, personalized visits
- Convenient virtual access from home
- Proactive chronic disease management
- Prevention-focused care
- Direct communication with your provider

We provide in-home visits for our Virginia patients for situations that require hands-on care (like wound care). If a condition requires specialized imaging or specialized treatment beyond our scope, we will guide you toward the appropriate next steps and help coordinate care with local providers.
We proudly serve patients throughout Virginia via telehealth. For our in-person and home-based visit services, we primarily serve the Northern Virginia (NoVA) region, including Fairfax County, Arlington County, Loudoun County, and Prince William County. We also provide on-site services at select Assisted Living (AL) and Independent Living (IL) communities across these service areas.
