By accessing or using the WheelHouse Health website (wheelhh.com) or engaging in our concierge healthcare services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Concierge Memberships

Our concierge memberships are cash-pay services. By enrolling, you agree to the recurrent billing structures associated with your selected tier. Membership fees cover the scope of services outlined on our Memberships page. Additional in-person visits, specialized testing, or third-party laboratory services may incur separate costs, which will be transparently discussed prior to execution.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice. Fees are not prorated for mid-month cancellations. Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WheelHouse Health, its founder, or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
