How Does the WheelHouse Health 30-Day Trial Work?
Try membership for your first 30 days. Here is how the trial works, what you can use, and how cancelling is handled with your provider.
How the trial works
- Choose a plan on our plans page.
- Book a membership consultation or call or text us.
- Start using your membership: visits, messaging and check-ins.
- If it is not right for you, tell us within 30 days and talk it through with your provider.
Making the most of the first month
- Book your first 45-minute visit early.
- Set up the patient portal and WhatsApp messaging.
- Bring your records and medicine list.
- Try messaging with a question or a refill.
- Get any labs done so you can review results together.
Cancelling and switching
Tell us by message, text or phone. During the trial, cancellation and any refund are discussed with your provider. After the trial, cancellations need 48 hours’ notice. To switch plans, we schedule a short consultation to make sure the new plan fits your care.

Are labs part of the membership?
No. Lab tests are paid separately from your membership fee.
Is the trial available on every plan?
Yes, on Basic, Standard Hybrid, Family / Group and Premium Concierge.
