What we can help with by video
- Blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar
- Erectile dysfunction and low sex drive
- Low testosterone symptoms and testing (see low testosterone)
- Urinary symptoms and prostate health (see prostate basics)
- Weight management
- Sleep problems and snoring
- Stress, anxiety and depression
- Hair loss
- Screening planning (see screenings for men over 40)

Erectile dysfunction is worth mentioning
ED is common and treatable, and it can also be an early warning of heart disease, diabetes or low testosterone, because the blood vessels involved are small and show problems early. Talking about it can protect your heart as well as your sex life.
Labs and in-person checks
Many visits start by video, followed by lab tests at discounted cash prices, and an in-person exam in Woodbridge when needed. We explain your results by video or through the portal.

How we can help
Our men’s health care is private, unhurried and practical. A 45-minute first visit gives time to cover everything, and follow-ups keep you on track. Hormone therapy and weight management are available when appropriate.
Questions people ask
Can I get ED medicine by telehealth?
Often, yes, after a health review to make sure it is safe with your heart health and other medicines.
Do I need to see someone in person for testosterone?
Testing requires blood work, usually two early-morning tests. Many follow-ups can be by video.
How often should men get a check-up?
Every one to three years in your 20s and 30s if healthy, and more often from 40 or with health conditions.
