The 2026 HSA rules in plain English
New federal rules treat direct primary care as compatible with an HSA when the arrangement meets certain requirements, including the monthly fee limits. That means you can keep contributing to your HSA while you are a member, and use HSA money to pay the membership fee if it is within the limits.

How our plans line up
| Plan | Monthly price | Within HSA limit? |
|---|---|---|
| Basic Tele-Health | $85 | Yes (individual) |
| Standard Hybrid | $130 | Yes (individual) |
| Standard Hybrid + partner | $215 | Yes (family) |
| Family / Group | $360 | Above the $300 family limit |
| Premium Concierge | $500 | Above the limits |
Plans above the limits can still be paid with regular funds, and visits and labs may still be HSA-eligible. Rules can be complex, so confirm with your administrator.
FSAs
Flexible spending accounts are set up through your employer and reimburse eligible medical expenses. Many cover visits and labs, and some cover membership fees. Check your plan’s rules.
