New neighborhoods and open country

Bristow, between Manassas and Gainesville, has grown quickly around Linton Hall Road and Route 28, and the VRE Manassas Line begins at Broad Run on its border with Manassas. Nokesville, farther south, grew up as a farming community, and the census still counts all of its roughly 1,600 residents as rural. Between them, getting to any appointment can mean a long drive.

Cuts, scrapes and outdoor work

Yard work, horses and farm chores come with cuts, scrapes and the occasional bite or sting. A photo and a short video visit can tell you whether a wound needs hands-on care. If it does, wound care happens in our clinic, and a home visit may be possible if getting out is hard. Deep cuts, heavy bleeding or a suspected broken bone need urgent care or the ER, not a video visit.

When you come to the clinic

Most drivers take Route 234 and then Prince William Parkway, which becomes Old Bridge Road and leads to the clinic. It avoids I-95 for the whole trip. Manassas is about 16 miles from the clinic, Bristow about 20 and Nokesville about 23.

Call 911 in an emergency. UVA Health Prince William Medical Center in Manassas is the closest hospital ER to both communities, with UVA Health Haymarket Medical Center a little farther west.
