Life next to Dulles
Herndon is a town of about 24,700 people in Fairfax County, with a historic downtown, the W&OD Trail and, since 2022, its own Silver Line station. Sterling, across the line in Loudoun County, lies between Route 28 and Route 7 and grew up alongside Dulles Airport. Long workdays, airport-area jobs and frequent travel are part of life for many households here.
From Herndon the drive to our clinic is about 26 miles, mostly down the Fairfax County Parkway and Route 123. From Sterling it is about 30, by Route 28. That is a real trip, so we keep it for care that has to happen in person.

Care that fits a travel schedule
- Before a trip: a travel health video visit to review vaccines, regular medicines and what to pack.
- Jet lag and shift work: practical sleep plans for time-zone changes and rotating hours.
- After a trip: a follow-up for a cough, an upset stomach or a rash that started on the road.
- Every day: blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid and weight care by video.
A care plan for the Dulles area
- Start with a 45-minute video visit to cover your history, medicines and goals.
- Get any lab work done and review the results together by video.
- Use messaging (members) for refills and quick questions.
- Come to Woodbridge mid-day or on a Saturday for anything hands-on, such as an injection or a procedure.
Compare pay per visit with the membership plans.

Questions people ask
Is it worth driving to Woodbridge from Herndon?
Only for hands-on care. Most visits, follow-ups and refills happen by video, and the clinic is about 26 miles away, so we plan in-person visits with you.
Can I have a video visit at the airport?
Yes, if you are still in Virginia and have a private, quiet spot. Joining from home before you leave is usually easier.
Do you make home visits in Sterling?
Home visits focus on areas closer to Woodbridge. Text us your address and we will tell you what is possible.
Can my whole family see you?
Yes. The Family / Group plan covers up to four household members for $360 a month, and children’s school and camp physicals happen in the clinic.
